Shipping We ship worldwide, including Russia, CIS countries, Europe, and the USA. All products are located in India, and we do not have warehouses in other countries.

Placing an Order

When placing an order, please provide complete and accurate shipping details, including your postal code and phone number.

Shipping Cost and Delivery

Time Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on the weight of the product + 10% (packaging weight). Orders are shipped via India Post (Air Mail) and typically take 2–6 weeks for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number within 7 business days after payment, which you can use to track your shipment on websites like indiapost.gov.in, gdeposylka.ru, track24.ru, etc.

❗ Important:

If you do not track your package, it will be held at the post office for 2–4 weeks before being returned to India.

We are not responsible if you fail to collect your order on time.

Weight Limit and Customs Regulations

The maximum weight per shipment is 5 kg. If your order exceeds this limit, additional customs duties and fees may apply, which must be paid by the buyer.

⚠ Attention!

Before placing an order, please ensure that the selected items are allowed for import into your country. We correctly fill out all customs declarations, but we cannot be aware of the regulations in every country. The buyer is responsible for checking import restrictions.

Refund Policy

A full refund is possible before the order is shipped. After the order is shipped, a refund is only possible after the package is returned to India (minus any applicable costs).
